Hi,
My OE is not working anymore.
I lost the address book. When I try to open it I get the message
"OE unable to open the address book. The address book may not be installed
properly"
When I try to add a new contact, nothing happens.
When I try to open a message, I have an error message that says unable to
open the message.
From other threads I checked a few things
"sfc"did not work. A black sceen flashed and then nothing. (but then it was
for 98)
The wab is not read only
I tried to open it but got the message "The address book has been locked by
another application. Please close the other application and try again later"
I don't know what other application may have locked it.
I could not rename the wab.
Could it be because I changed my account to "user"?
Please tell me what I can do.
