Default Deleting contacts

Hi Paul,

the Outlook Addressbook is only a special kind of "view" (or a filter) to
your Contact folder.

Every contact with an email address or a faxnumber is listed in your Outlook
Addressbook (if the contact folder is activated as "Outlook Addressbook")

You can not "edit" the Outlook Addressbook with "Categories" or any other
additional information..

If you want to delete Contacts and the listing in the Outlook Addressbook,
you have to delete the contacts in the contacts folder, not in the Outlook
Addressbook.

Hi,

I was having a clean out and thought I was deleting contacts when in
fact I was just deleting them from my address book, which I now
realise is an entirely separate thing. Is there a way I can quickly
delete the contacts I want to get rid of without going through the
process manually again? It would be handy to add a category to all my
remaining contacts in the address book at once and then delete any
contact not categorized, but that doesn't seem to be possible.

Thank you

Paul
