Every time creating new user's account on the machine then try to configure
outlook 2007 profile, outlook freezes and does not work properly

I have to end the processor form task manager to close it.

IT takes few days and then it starts to work fine.

It is really pain to configure new outlook 2007 profile.

Any quick respond will me highly appreciated.
