No, because Mailwasher mearly checks your accounts, in a web mail like
structure, and deletes them there, on your ISP email account. The balance of
your mail is then gathered in Outlook direct from the various accounts, not
from Mailwasher.
To use Hotmail in Outlook requires a paid for Hotmail account (Premium
account)
