Default mailwasher to outlook

I am not so unrealistic as to expect no spam but expect that mailwasher will
pick it up. My mistake 10 years ago when I first started was to select an
email address that read like .
The use of the prefix the and giving it out to all and sundry led to the
proliferation of spam emails.
Hopefully I have selected a less obvious one this time.
Thanks again.

Unless your ISP has spam filters, spam will eventually start arriving

Thank you both; it looks as if I am just as well sticking with what I
have at present.
I have the free hotmail account with a good email address, I would not
want to change it as I use it for all "public" emails.
Earlier this year I changed my isp server to the post office, mainly
because of the amount of spam that I was getting. I have restricted my
post office (or outlook) email address to personal friends only and so
far that has cut the amount of spam enormously, virtually from over to
200 a day to nill.
