There are two answers to your question - No and Yes.

No - you cannot export anything from Outlook '2007 to any native Office
'2007 file format with the operative word (and emphasis on) being "native".
Specifically, Outlook '2007 will not export to the .xlsx (Excel'2007) or
..accdb (Access'2007) formats.

Yes - you can export any data to any office format and these formats will be
readable/usable by any Office '2007 program (i.e. Excel / Access).
Specifically, simply select the Excel 97-2003 (.xls) or MS Access 97-2003
(.mdb) file formats both of which can be opened by the respective '2007
program versions.
