Default Outlook 2007 with BCM does not see IMAP sent folder
When I go into the manager email auto-linking folders option of BCM I am not
able to select a sent folder I created in my default IMAP account. I created
a sub-folder within the sent folder and I'm now able to select the sent
folder but not the sub-folder.
