Default Outlook 2007 won't quit!!

It sounds like there might be a hidden dialog open somewhere.
You try with a new profile created via the Mail icon in Control Panel and
keep your eyes open for any message that might pop up.

I've just finished upgrading my computer and I've installed Vista Ultimate
and Office 2007. Unfortunately, it appears for one account, it is
impossible
to close Outlook after I've opened it. The X in the top right corner does
nothing and selecting File - Exit does nothing either. The only way to
close
it is from the control panel.
The only e-mail account I've configured so far is a POP account from my
ISP.
Does anybody have any idea what might be happening here. It's driving me
nuts!

Thanks for the suggestion. I finally found my answer here when I realized
that Outlook was also not allowing me to create any new messages:

I fired up Word and filled in my name, closed it again and now Outlook works
fine. Very strange!
