Default Lost Autotext Functionality (Word XP) After Upgrade to Outlook

Thanks Mary, that's a great idea. I'll test it with the user tomorrow.

Steve

Yes--he can use Signatures to set up boilerplate text. Just set the default
Signature to NONE and use the InsertSignature command to choose which
autotext or signatures he wants to use. He can set up as many as he wants,
along with several signatures. This comes in handy and doesn't eat up
resources like Word.

Hi There,

We recently upgraded to Outlook 2003 but are still running Word XP. This
means we can't use Word as the email editor. One user relied heavily on the
autotext functionality for inserting frequently used paragraphs and sentences
etc.

Rather than upgrading Word or downgrading Outlook does anyone know of an
alternate way for us to have something similar to the autotext functionality.

Thanks,

Steve
