Default Office 2007 continually configures itself

should be some kbs on it. my method was to install something else,
preferably something I rarely used, so it would be unhooked from office and
hooked to the newly installed program.

if you have both versions of office installed and are using them, you might
get the config screen more often because it really doesn't need to do some
configuring.

How do I repair the Windows Installer?

Basically repair it in the programs window?

it usually means the windows installer is broken. Are you using both
office 2003 and 2007 on the same system? That can cause issues too.
