After furious head scratching, Robin asked:
| Could you clarify "activate it"?
| I've been using Outlook for many years now. I updated some
| appointments on Wednesday without a problem. Then Thursday I wasn't
| able to click on any existing appointments or create a new one. No
| changes or updates were made to the program recently. I do have
| Outlook 2003 SP2.
