Default Synching iphone to outlook

is the time zone correct on both? based on the 4 hr difference, I'm guessing
your are in the eastern time zone and the iphone is in gmt.

Whenever I synch my iphone to outlook, the time of the appointment changes
4
hours. My computer is set to the correct time as is my iphone.
