This does not work. "Actions" does not give option of "New Message to
Contact."
Control A works to select all.

I have a new computer with a newly created contact list. Is there a
way to add the contact list to AutoComplete file without actually
sending an email to each person in this newly created list?

Sure. Open your Contacts folder, select all the entries with CTRL-A,
then
click ActionsNew Message to Contact. A new message window will open
with
all of your contacts in the To field. Press CTRL-K to cause them all to
be
resolved, indicated by an underline under each contact. The process of
resolving an address adds it to the autocompletion cache. Click the X in
the upper right of the new message window to close it, and answer No when
asked if you want to save the changes.
