Everytime I start my Outlook I have this error message:


" The Add-in "Motorola Phone Tool" C:\Program File\Motorola Phone
Tools\Outl97.dll) Cannot be loaded and has been disabled by Outlook , Please
contact the Add in Manufacturer for an updat. If not update is available
please uninstall the add-in"
