unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, L.J. asked:

| Outlook 2003 Pro on WinXP . Several weeks ago started generating
| following msg when try to follow ANY link in an email. "This
| operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this
| computer. Please call your network admin"..Our NETWORK ADMIN can't
| solve this problem.
