Default word "message" appears on received email

If these are mail messages that originate from you, you are starting the
message in HTML format using a stationery called "message" and then while
preparing the message, you change it to Plain Text. This "drags" along the
info in the TITLE tag of your stationery and that info is "message." Find
that stationery and delete it or change your email settings to use Plain
Text.
