Default I cannot delete old e-mails or find "inbox repair" to fix it.

I am having the same problem. I have found scanpst.exe, but then it asks
where to look/ search for a problem. What am I supposed to put down? I only
have about 1000 messages to delete after two months of nothing being fixed.

I get an error message relating to errors in outlook.pst and to use
the inborx repair and run the scanpst.exe . This does not work

Your versionof Outlook is needed to state where to find scanpst.exe. It's
usual location for Outlook 2003 and earlier is

%CommonProgramFiles%\system\MSMAPI\1033

For Outlook 2007, look in

%ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Office\Office12

This microsoft solution
is crap. I need help bad because I now have 75 e-mails I need to
delete and the number is growing daily. HELP!

Try emptying your Deleted Items folder first.
