Recently purchased a new laptop with Microsoft Office Outlook 2003.
Is the new machine running Windows Vista or Windows XP?
Am I able to install Outlook Express on to my new machine from the old
hard
drive[?]
No, but you may be able to recover the OE data from the old HDD and import
it into OE (not Outlook) on the new machine, depending on your answer to the
above.
...I am trying to recover
the data from Outlook Express and the following error message appears:
"Outlook Express could not be started because MSOE.DLL could not be
loaded".
Are you getting this error when you attempt to open OE on the old HDD or on
the new machine?

I have no idea why i was using Outlook Express and not Outlook on the old
machine - someone else set that up.
Can anyone help?
