After furious head scratching, Karen asked:

| able to look at my boss' calendar in Outlook, however, it doesnt
| allow me to because I get a pop up screen that says that the other
| user doesnt have a mailbox on the server.

| We share an office and I know that he has a mailbox on our company's
| server. I have a regular office PC where he uses a laptop with a
| monitor on his desk. I would like to see his calendar given that we
| will have to visit customers and various event places together. Any
| suggestions?

| Also, how do I delete other calendars (from previous jobs) so tha tI
| only see my boss' calendar only?
