What permissions are set on their .pst file? It should be set to everyone.

After furious head scratching, eL D asked:

| Recently changed 2 user accts on my home comp to Power User from
| Administrator. Now Outlook 2003 will not allow them to open their pst
| files. When I change acct type back to administrator they work fine
| again. Any idea what I'm doing wrong here?
