I followed the directions for implementing the Outlook Security form, but
still gettting the Allow/Deny message. I also added a GPO for Outlook
Security Mode to use the security policy from the Outlook Security Settings
public folder. I used the Security form from Office 2003.

The Allow/Deny message is as follows:

A program is trying to access e-mail address information stored in Outlook.
If this is unexpected, click Deny and verify your antivirus software is
up-to-date. blah blah blah

In addition, how do I change permissions for the public folder I created? It
will not display the permissions.
