No. I did not use any other mail account with outlook 2003. Set up other
mail account (21cn.com and 163.com) just for test. To confirmed the issue
occurs on outlook connector.

Are the other addresses associated with other accounts in your mail
profile or are you trying to send messages from a 21cn.com or 163.com
address through the Hotmail account?
