Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, Don asked:

| Somehow my address book either got deleted or is being locked by
| another program. Is there a way to find out which program may have
| locked it? I have been through online support and they have given me
| every fix in their book and it still isn't fixed. I have tried
| editing the registry, re-downloading the software, everything.
| Please help!!!
