Default Phone List Sorting

Thank you both for the replys. I was not using Outlook Today. I also
verified that once I put the cursor in a contact that did not work either.

However, after I turned off in-cell editing, it worked. Evidently, and I
guess it now makes reasonable sense why, when in-cell editing is turned off,
that shortcut functionality is turned off.

If you have your cursor in one contact in Phone List view and press the
letter for the contact you want, it should jump to that letter. However,
you must have your cursor active in a contact for this to work.

After furious head scratching, shooter27 asked:

| Any help?
