When tyring to create a new appointment in Outlook 2003, on Win. XP,
I get a message that says "A registry key is missing in the OLE
directory." Has anyone seen this before and have any idea where to
start troubleshooting?
Here's a shot in the dark: click StartRun and enter

Click OK.
