Default Limit of events in Public shared calendar on Exchange server?

no, but there is a limit to the number of all day events you can see in the
day/week/month view in Outlook 2003 and earlier as well as the number of
events per any time period. In both cases, it's 6. You will be able to see
all events in a table view.
