It's not an Outlook function, it;s a Windows function. StartControl
PanelPrinters and Other HardwarePhone and Modem Options. Of course, you
can also get at it from within Outlook. While viewing the Contacts folder,
click ActionsCall ContactNew CallDialing Properties
