Default My icalendars are wrong by an hour

I think I found the problem, and it is impossible to fix without the system
admin. The time is wrong on the domain server, and when "adjust for daylight
saving time" is selected, it synchronizes with the server clock. The only
way I can make my time correct is to be independent of the domain server, but
then my outlook iCalendars are wrong. So this is a more difficult issue than
I was expecting. Is there any way to "adjust for daylight savings time"
without synchronizing time with the domain-server?
