Default copying outlook web acces folders with attachments to desktop

Exchange is the mail server that provides Outlook Web Access. There is no
"online outlook" available for sale.

The url you use to access Outlook Web Access (OWA) - does it begin with
http:// or https:// ?

Do you have http:// (not
https://) access to the mailbox? If so, you can
use
Outlook - otherwise you will need Exchange, Pop3, or IMAP access to the
mailbox.

I have been asked to copy messages with attachments from outlook web
access
and I would like to know if there is a way to copy whole folders at a
time
to
the desktop or usb storage device without loosing any attachments or do
I
have to open download and copy each message separatley....Please tell
me
there is an easier way as there are about 6,000 emails.
I look forward to hearing from you.

Kerri
