Rules for SENT messages
Right, it won't work with variables - the folder needs ot exist and the rule
needs to use it (and the email address).

If you are replying to messages in folders
other than the inbox, see tools, options, email options, advanced
options -
there is an option to sent items with the original if not in the inbox.
Thanks this works great for replies and most of my messages are
replies.
