Default Master Category List

I have a situation where a user is the owner of the public calendar but the
edit categories is grayed out. Is this an exchange level permission issue
and if so, what rights does the user have to have in order to change the
categories on that public calendar globally?

Additionally to Judy, there's an addin for Outlook that can overwrite every
user's Master Category List with your categories at regular intervals. For a
free demo please see the link in my signature.

I am using Outlook 2003 in a XP environment, I have a shared calendar in a

Owner. My question is: Can I edit the master list categories to have only
the catergories that I want others to use and delete all the default
categories? Will this affect their personal calendars?
