Default opening up others outlook

Hi Karen,

yes, Outlook as "stand alone version" save in all versions the calendar,
contacts or e-mails in PST files.

In Outlook 98/2000 there was a "freeware" calle netfolders which allow users
to synchronize Outlook between the network or the internet.

Up to Outlook 2002(and 2003/2007) Netfolders is no more supported.

If you want to "share" Outlook you maybe be visit this sites:

Dear Karen,

which Outlook version do you mean:

on an old version of outlook you could just give permission for someone
to
access and add to your outlook and it was really easy.

Are you using Microsoft Exchange server or local Outlook PST files?
