Default How do I import contacts into Outlook Web Access?
Outlook web access is a way to access your current Outlook Mailbox when you
are on an Exchange network. You should see your Contacts without any
importing. Have a chat to your IT systems administrator about why you can't
see them now, that's assuming you can't see them now.
