Understood on the IE-OL not working well together, however, how do I export
"the opml" from IE to OL?

Yes, I would break the sharing - as for copy and paste, export the opml from
IE, remove all the RSS folder from OL them import the opml into OL. No need
to copy and paste individual lines.

After yet another Vista Ultimate reinstall my RSS feeds need to be
