Outlook 2007 email editor does not use default smtp account

directs me to use the Windows "Settings/Mail" subfolder to create a new

profile but the Vista Ultimate 64 Bit OS does not have a "Mail" subfolder
listed under the "Settings" folder. Any suggestions???
