Default Odd behavoiur of IE 6

Motive SmartBridge (MOTIVESB.EXE) may have been installed by your ISP to aid
in reporting connection issues. I would consider uninstalling this
application unless you use it. Alternatively open MSConfig (Start, Run and
enter MSConfig in the box and click OK), open the Startup tab and uncheck
"Motive SmartBridge".

Just curious if anyone has come across the IE screen jumping around while
on the web ?

Machine is squeaky clean BTW.
Only started doing it a couple of days ago and it can be a pain when
trying to fill in boxes on screen. sometimes when I move the mouse to the
right hand side of the screen it goes away, but only till I move the mouse
back over the web page (tried another mouse as well so don't think its
that).
