Hey Guys

I am having an issue with OE, I just did a scrape and a fresh install of XP.
Now when I start up OE I get this message:
The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'mail.comcast.net',
Server: 'localhost', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket
Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E
I wrote down all settings before the install when it was working fine and
set all back that way.
I can send emails fine, read and correspond with all news groups, just can't
recieve any emails.

Any ideas?
