On the Privacy tab of Internet Options the slider at highest setting will
[Block All] cookies. The lowest setting will [Allow All] cookies. The best
setting for automatic cookie handling is the medium high on slider. If you
want to review each cookie then click "Advanced" and check overide automatic
cookie handling, check prompt on both first and third party cookies and
allow for session cookies. Always remember that Trusted zone accepts all
cookies regardless of the Privacy settings and Restricted zone blocks all
cookies. You can Import corporate/government cookie rules from a System
Administrator or even design your own.

the Cookies on the Internet Options.
I thought there is a separate section for Cookies somewhere on the
Security
tab?
