Default Outlook Web Access

Thank you William,

I have followed the instructions and I am still having problems.

When I logon when I use the RPC over HTTP to the Exchange Server it rejects
the login credentials.

When I type in mail.domain.com.au/exchange directly into th web browser, I
do not have any problems.

mail.domain.com.au is the Web cerificate I created when running the Connect
to Internet Wizard.

What have I missed?

Your help is appreciated.

Regards,

Guido

'Remote' meaning over the internet? You haven't indicated the Exchange
version, but since we are looking at Outlook 2003 and 2007, I will assume
you have at least Exchange 2003.

MAPI
Outlook 2003 calls it RPC/HTTPS. There are steps to follow on the server
before you can add the account to Outlook.

Outlook 2007 calls it Outlook Anywhere.

Internet Protocol (POP/IMAP)
Add a new account pointing to the Exchange Server.

Hi,

How do you configure Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2007 to connect to a remote
Exchange Server.

We are already connecting via the Internet by typing the ip
address/exchange.

Your help is appreciated.

Regards,

Guido
