After furious head scratching, Noel asked:

| I am the contact for Outlook 2003 in our office. The problem is that
| when this opens a Shared Calendar for her boss, it comes up but his
| name is not at the top of the calendar and it does not stay under the
| "other calendars" on the left hand side. Is there something that she
| may have changed on her computer? I tried it on mine and it shows up
