If yourPSTfile iscorrupt, there is a repair utility you can run called
scanpst.exe. Do a file/folder search of your C drive for it. Close Outlook.
When it comes up, double-click it and follow the instructions. It will ask
you to browse to yourPSTfile, make sure you know the location so that you
can run the repair. You may want to run the repair repeatedly until no
further errors come up. Then open Outlook again.

I have apstfile of all my contacts and one for all my emails and
both are saying they arecorrupt.

They are for 2003 outlook and i am unable to transfer them to 2003 or
2007 which i have just bought for another computer.

My outlook was having a problem on one of the computers and i have
since uninstalled it. The idea was to re install but that isn`t
working so i upgraded to a 2007.

However, thepstfile wont load onto anything.

Are there any ideas about what to do or any software that can recover
the information.

Hi,

You can try a tool called Advanced Outlook Repair to repair your PST
file. It is a powerful tool to recover messages, folders and other
objects from corrupt or damaged Microsoft Outlook PST files. It's
homepage is http://www.datanumen.com/aor/
