Windows XP : Outlook Express came installed on Dell desktop. When I came
back from vacation & tried right clicking on a article to forward ,received
this message:
" The connection to server has failed account POP3 serer SMTP protocal SMTP
port25 server [ssl] No socket error 10060 error # 800CCCOE. Have also tried
to send new message with the same result.
