Default Shared Contacts
Ah right so here are the specific details:

Version of Outlook? ---- 2003 (but have 07 version if needed)
Type of mail account?--- both are POP3
Do you mean different mail profiles or different user accounts? --- Different user accounts (on the same PC) with different email accounts wanting to share contacts.
I know that all the contact details are kept in the pst file for each
outlook user, but is there a way to have the contact details shared
without using the same outlook pst file?
