If you don't have the Unblock option, then maybe it's not XP that is
blocking the file, but something else, such as your anti-virus software.

I have followed the extraction info on the link you provided which
matches
the info I get when follow link from the error message I get.
The Props General Tab (after I saved the file to desktop) does not
have an
unblock option so cant accesss the file, any other ideas. The Pico
support
people just do not reply to my messages.
