When OL is closed, have you checked Tsk MngrRunning processes for any
instance of Outlook.exe?

are three identities and usually, when Outlook is started, the prompt will
come up asking which of the three identities to use. Lately, when starting,
it just goes strait into an identity without prompting. I've verified that
things are setup correctly using the Mail icon in Control Panel. Don't know
where to go from here. Rest assured that machine itself, a Dell laptop,
runs fine.
