I was not able to find any messages in this newsgroup, but with more
perseverance than the first time I tried it, I did find a couple of web
sites that did provide the directions.

Thanks for the shove that pushed me in the right direction.

I suspect that Outlook has a lot of other useful functions, if they were
not so well hidden.
