Please excuse me for posting here but I thought I might cover more people in
this newsgroups as the stationery newsgroup seems to have a rather limited
use.

A friend of mine says that a couple of years back they found a website that
showed them how to make basic stationery for OE including things like
scrolling. Is there something out there or does this type of thing involve
coding and scripting etc.
