Default how can i open outlook2007 at outlook2002? (Pls help)

I believe, however, that it requires the presence of Outlook 2003 or 2007 to
work. From the FAQ page: "Upstart necessarily requires Outlook 2003 or 2007
to be installed." I don't know if an expired version is sufficient.
