Default "Use Cached Exchange Mode" and isses with GAL
Hi,

Clients use the offline address book, so you will need to make sure that
this is generated every 24 hours and that the clients can download this
(press F9 in Outlook).

I have my laptop users setup with the option checked for "Use Cached
Exchange Mode" so when they are disconnected from the network their mail
etc will go with them.

All seems work fine except the Globel Address List doesn't seem to update.
My understanding is it's supposed to update every 24 hours.
The changes I made were more then made about 48 hours ago and the changes
still don't show in the GAL, on machines that "Use Cached Exchange Mode"
is checked.

Is there a troubleshooting process to figure out if the GAL is being
updated properly???

Is there a manual process a user can take that will update the GAL?
