Default HelpAbout in Outlook 2007

The main outlook window - the one that is not ribbonized yet - has Help,
About where its always beenbar on menu . Anything with the ribbon has it
under the Office orb, Options dialog.

Odd, my OL2007 window has a Help menu in the Menu bar.

When I click the Help button (no longer the word "Help", but a circle
containing a question mark), I don't get a menu, I get something more
akin to a CHM. While I looked through all the entries, I didn't see an
"about". I'll look again.
